Handcrafted, durable workshops and garages




  • Walls made from 75m x 50m CLS (building 12ft wide and bigger are made from 100m x 50m CLS frame). All corners are braced to increase strength.


  • Cladded with 19ex shiplap, which will be treated with oil based paint.


  • Doors on all garage buildings come with an 84" door opening with mortise & tenon framework. Workshop doors are 6ft wide finished with the same wall cladding. All door have galvanized fittings (Not ledge & brace).



  • Window on all buildings are 2ftx2ft single glazed units.


  • The roof is made with 4"x2" trusses and 6"x1" ridge board with 4"x2" rafters, in-between just like a house. Then purling's running along the roof with 200cm overhang then boarded in OSB finished on sides with fascia boards and with durable torch on roofing felt.


  • Fitting and delivery is free within 25 miles of Hayling Island. Please contact me if your outside this area.
